The Exporters’ Club is proud to present Anna Booy who has practiced as a commercial intellectual property lawyer for 20 years in both Australia and the United Kingdom. She was an executive for seven years with international IP consultancy Rouse. The firm was recently awarded China IP firm of the Year, Best Foreign IP Law Firm in China and Indonesian IP Firm of the Year. Anna works closely with Rouse in the UK, China and South East Asia, assisting clients to protect and manage their IP when conducting business internationally, in China and South East Asia particularly. She was identified by the 2008 AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers survey as one of the most highly acclaimed legal experts in the Asia-Pacific region for IP.

Anna has extensive commercial IP experience, particularly in the retail, publishing and entertainment industries. Her clients include a number of well-known publishing houses, record companies, entertainment distributors, software developers and national museums and galleries. She has written and spoken extensively on IP issues, in the UK and elsewhere.

Anna has kindly agreed to present to the Exporters’ Club and it will be an informative and valuable presentation.
