Events

The Onkaparinga and NWA Exporters’ Club invites you to a never tried before event.  The event is a weekday tour of some of the best export vineyards and wineries in McLaren Vale.  At the Onkaparinga Exporters’ Club, 30% of members are vineyards/wineries and we have arranged for those interested to spend a little time accompanied by other Exporters’ Club members tasting some superb McLaren Vale wines based along the McMurtrie Mile.  After the wine tastings, lunch will be at the very famous Current Shed Restaurant which is owned and operated by another of our Club members, Anthea Hoffman.

This is a great opportunity to visit premium wineries, taste a great variety of wines and network with a small group of like-minded people while experiencing the very best of the McLaren Vale. The group will be met at each winery by the Export Manager and receive  special treatment including a briefing about the range of wines available, the overseas sales, the indicators for the 2010 vintage AND be able to purchase wines at preferred prices.

Departures, by a minibus will be from the NWA Club at 9.00 AM and from the Onkaparinga Club at 9.45 AM.

10.00               Hugh Hamilton Wines

11.00               Wirra Wirra Wines

12.00               Pertaringa Wines

12.40               Graham Stevens Wines

13.30               Lunch at Hoffman’s Wines

15.00               Return to Adelaide

Cost:                $40.00 per head for bus plus cost of lunch (own expense)
